Guest guest Posted February 7, 2010 Report Share Posted February 7, 2010 So I did my first Kundalini Yoga and loved it - I did all warm up and then 5 Tibetan poses and then mediation and prayer... perfect. I am so glad I ordered 3 more!My only issue right now is still abs (no strength) and it appears that my quads got really tight during my off time. I can not do child's pose nor can I sit in simple crossed legs. I used some bolsters and was ok but I need to do some serious quad stretching post a workout tomorrowthanks you guys for recommending this form of yoga - the spiritual nature fits my lifestyle!!judy in DC (who needs some calming thoughts post blizzard!)
