Anyone on here ever have c diff?

Hi,

I was being treated for a huge cyst and cellulitis. They gave me Augmentin for four weeks, sometimes three a day. Then I started feeling really sick and having a lot of pains in my intestines and running to bathroom. I had to give a stool sample, and they said I had c diff. They took me off augmentin and started me on some other special antibiotic that stays in your intestines to treat the illness. Has anyone else had this? I hear from the doctor that it is a tough one to treat because it can be a recurring problem. I've been on the pills 8 days, but kind of afraid to go out. I'm staying home near a bathroom lol.

I'd appreciate anyones experience with this.
