Guest guest Posted August 20, 2010 Report Share Posted August 20, 2010 My last batch tasted perfect after 8 days, so I bottled it all up into some old jelly jars and recycled glass drink bottles I had held onto. I opened the first one up today, almost a week later, and not even a hint of fizz. DO they need to be kept longer before fizz shows up?
