Re: Cider to vinegar and back to cider taste?

Hi Todd and EveryOne,

Not exactly the same but I once had a bottle of finished KT fermenting slowly in

the fridge and when I took it out it didn't taste like vinegar, or Kombucha, but

more like a dry white wine....I never could figure out why and it has not

happened again.

his hotel out in the spring/summer for a few months, it had a very pleasant

smell to it. He said it had just reverted back to a cidery smell from vinegary

recently. Has anyone had any experience with this?
