Hi Everyone,

My arms and shoulders are sore, my legs are tired, and my abs aren't speaking to

me. Actually, scratch that - they ARE speaking but not in a very nice language!

;-) I had planned to run for 20 minutes then bike for 20, but after 15 minutes

of running, my body had had enough. So I hopped on the bike for 25 minutes to

make 40 minutes of cardio.

I know what I'm doing tomorrow - resting! Haha! :-D
