Guest guest Posted April 6, 2011 Report Share Posted April 6, 2011 Hi Everyone, My arms and shoulders are sore, my legs are tired, and my abs aren't speaking to me. Actually, scratch that - they ARE speaking but not in a very nice language! ;-) I had planned to run for 20 minutes then bike for 20, but after 15 minutes of running, my body had had enough. So I hopped on the bike for 25 minutes to make 40 minutes of cardio. I know what I'm doing tomorrow - resting!
