Thanks so much for your post. My doctor is Dr Albert. I think he is very smart..he checks my bloods and all..he never saw me when I was reall stills like...years back it was very obvious..high fevers rash..severe arthritis..now its more of a chronic lousy feeling..half of my days are good..and am I grateful for that!!! Ok I think Dr Albert has office hours in Bryn Mahr(suburbs of Philly )..U of Pen has valet parking if you get adventurous to go into the city...how do I get that DVD??? sounds very very helpful....just recently I am quite tired in the afternoon again..my son had strep last week..although my throat is not sore at the moment I am going to be tested for that..... what ever....wwhere in Pa do you live? How far to Philly? I am in Jersey about 7 miles out of Philly..Thanks again Liz

Hi Liz, Thanks for the info! Can't remember if I asked you this or not, but is Dr Albert a rheumy or an internist (or something else?)?? I live way up in NE PA about 2 1/2 to 3 hours from Phila. If you've ever heard of Elk Mountain Ski Area, I live right around there. Actually LOVE living here, except for the fact that it is far away from everything :-) Was visiting my sister in town on Sunday and we went shopping. It was nice to be at the store with just a 10 minute drive! The closest mall, WalMart, Target, etc. to us is about 30-35 minutes.

About the dvd, you can buy it on Amazon.com. (I have the first one, I believe there is a Vol. 2 out now also). Best Buy or Circuit City might have it online too. Or, check on eBay or Half.com, you might find a good deal since its been out for a while.
