Guest guest Posted May 17, 2010 Report Share Posted May 17, 2010 Monday, May 17, 2010 pajama time/HIIT morning last night did YBB pajama time. some stretching but mostly yoga postures that promote sleep. this morning did HIIT 30/30. tuck jumps and air jacks were hardest today so i just did squat jumps and pylo jacks.
