Guest guest Posted June 26, 2010 Report Share Posted June 26, 2010 I was going to start Turbo Fire today but my knee is still a tad wonky and then my dad came over to paint my front door (lipstick red!) and I got distracted, and then I'm leaving in awhile to go out. I'll start tomorrow, as my friend Hillary and Leza are coming over for Turbo Fire tomorrow. On the agenda is Fire 30, Core 20, and Stretch 10. Attached is a new fitness pic of me. If you squint you can sort of see my abs. This is my Turbo Fire before photo at 177 lbs. Here is my week in review - 6.5 hours, most of them challenging. I'm happy about it!
