I just got it done by the end of the week (my goal is to record one or more

a week, two if I want to plan some time off!)

Continuing on the theme from 116, 117 is about the single silver bullet that

was key to my success at losing weight, and could be key to yours. It's

about being truly ready to change, and willing to leave your comfort zone to

do it.

The good news, of course, is that you end up creating a new even comfy-er

zone called your Naturally Slender body. :)
