Good morning, Vicki! I think this speaks volumes about how we continue to react to doctors with guilt, leftover from our " heavier " days. You ARE doing fine and I believe Dr. Z will be thrilled with how you are doing. Don't beat yourself up, girlie, we all eat things we shouldn't, the key is to recognizing it and getting back on track.
