Guest guest
I have always had cats and have found and nursed back to health more than I can count. The best thing I have found for worms/parasites is food grade diatomaceous earth. It has many uses internally and externally for all animals and humans. I take it myself. I guy it online because I use it a lot, but you might be able to find it at gardening stores or just google it. As to everything else, just feed her good food, fresh water, lots of TLC. I give my cats milk kefir every other day to colonize their guts. They love it. The milk kefir grains are good to eat as well. When I give my cats food, I add fresh eggs [cooked], some blended veggies, olive oil, good things like that to their canned food. But canned food is often too rich for kittens. But you can use hot water and mush the kitten chow. I wouldn't do kombucha at all for the cats. Too many other things that work very well to both with fermented tea. Marci > > In all the years that I have been on this list, it seemed that more than a few people agreed the kombucha(while really good for dogs) was toxic to cats. Something about scoby containing something that is considered a precursor to acetaminophen, which I know is not given to cats. I would love to know for sure abut this as I caretake about 10 cats. Bev, this would probably back during Mike Roussin? & other people that analyzed ingredients for us all. Again, I've probably got info saved somewhere which is code for I have no idea where. It seems like baby kitten is doing fine tho, & being a person that feeds anything hungry, am proud that you are involved. More people should be. Would love to hear that the factoids put forth in past are indeed not written in stone. Peace. >
