Need feedback newbie with KT

I have uploaded pics and will do so daily and ask if this is looking right. It's

under photo JK-KT3. I was told if I didn't have a scoby I could use raw KT to

attempt to birth a baby scoby, but would have to have at no least 1/4 of entire

batch raw kt. These are my photos, I haven't smelled it because I'm afraid to

move it and destroy it. However the skin formed over entire top first day, then

I got this bubble looking brown spot arise as you will se on day 2, then on the

next days you will see. I hope all is going well. Jim
