10th week today!

I'm starting my 10th week today! I'm feeling great! Lost about 20

lbs. Any advice on eating from here out. I've stayed pretty much

with the book on eating. Should I less the carbs to get ready for my

after photo? Or just keep going the way I am. Is there another

supplyment I can take to get the fluid down and trim up a little more

for the photo? I'm using Phen-Free and Betagen/Myoplex shakes now.

I feel like I could have muscled up more, but still feel good. I've

heard the last two weeks, you see more gains and weight loss, so I'm

depending on that to get me a little closer to my goals. I will

repeat the 12 weeks after this until I get where I want to be!

Thanks for all the advice I've already received in this club!

Ricky,

You have done great so far, why change it? In order to get ready for the

pictures you might want to try taking a supplement from EAS called NWB

(Natural Water Balance) and stay real close to a restroom because all the

water you drink will go right through you. It will give you that " thin

skin " look. Take 4 days prior to your pictures and remember drink plenty of

water and read the directions. These pills are about $15 from EAS.
