I do!! I listen at night when I am laying down for bed. She helps me center

myself and relax enough to go to sleep! I have stopped taking a sleeping pill at

night because of her podcasts! I love her voice and messages! Thank you !

Hello, intro- anyone else find the podcasts so

meditative that it puts to sleep?

Hi there,

I am new to the group, and have been listening to 's wonderful podcasts for

about a month. I love listening to her, have gained so much already (thankfully

haven't gained any weight haha). But her podcasts, I think, are the missing

link for me.

I was diagnosed with very early diabetes last month, and I have two small

children and just feel that I have to take my weight seriously now. I guess

that is my towards motivation, being healthy for my children, or perhaps away

from motivation, not dying earier then I have to. I am up to podcast #23,

Beliefs of Hopelessness.

The reason I find her podcasts to be the missing link is because I was sitting

in my nutritionist's office before I found her podcasts, and said to her that

the problem isn't about not having the information about what to eat. In fact,

I could probably write a book about what to eat or not. But I asked her what

she does about the fact that I use food to self-medicate? She shrugged her

shoulders. Enter .

I am so thankful to have found this resource, and do feel a sense of hope for

the first time in a long time that she can help me resolve so many of the

behavioral puzzles that surround obesity. Like we all know what to do, why is

it so challenging to put the pieces into action?

I listen to 's podcasts at bedtime, and I am often asleep before the end!

I literally have to listen 2-3 times to each podcast so I can be awake for the

whole thing! Anyone else find her voice and approach to be so soothing, so

meditative that it puts them to sleep?

Sorry , it is not that you are boring, but more hypnotic I suppose!
