Guest guest
Hi , That's pretty interesting, actually.. How do you feel afterwards? Are you aware of any changes? Every time I've listened to this, I have a few days of being really not hungry. Noticing anything like that? ________________________________ From: slinkingferret <SlinkingFerret@...> weightloss Sent: Mon, June 7, 2010 8:09:30 PM Subject: I'm having trouble with Conflict Resolution audio I got all three audios and trying to start with the conflict resolution. This is the one advertised as the start of 's work with a client. I think my problem is that it's starting off so much like a deep hypnosis... and I'm out. I come around way later in the process, actually I think it looped through more than once because it was about an hour later. But where I woke up she's giving me instructions to me consciously and if I was out, I never did these steps. I know there are some of these hypno tracks that work well with you in a deep trance, but they're usually not asking you to life your hands. Maybe it's fine and my subconscious is doing everything anyways.

Guest guest
I " woke up " with a kink in my neck. No real feeling different about food. Lol, you could say it was the best/ worst day. Late lunch, bad for you Mexican fast food. I basically dropped my days calories in a single meal... But then I self corrected and didn't really have much more all day. Ended up over for the day, but not too bad. Sent from my iPhone On Jun 8, 2010, at 4:16 AM, <lsageev@...> wrote: > Hi , > > That's pretty interesting, actually.. > > How do you feel afterwards? Guest guest
I've had a similar experience the first few times I did the conflict resolution. I noticed differences, though. Now, whenever I do it, I have a much clearer recollection of the images and symbols that came to mind. I agree with , you should probably also pay attention to other changes in your behavior, thinking, etc. Maybe we need to " practice " the guided imagery on this deep level. Or we have to go that deep first to build the foundation for true inner alignment...? Continued success! Jantje > > Hi , > > That's pretty interesting, actually.. > > How do you feel afterwards? Guest guest
Maybe thats it. I think I'm going to try the other two rather than just beating this one in. I'll cycle back to it in a few days. Just a quick aside, listening to the podcast she keeps talking about downloading her Sabotage Self Sabotage guided journey and I never saw that one there to buy. Would this be that journey? Guest guest
Yes, the conflict resolution guided journey is the Sabotage Self Sabotage one. Let me know how you like the other ones, I am thinking of purchasing them as well... Jantje > > > > > > Hi , > > > > > > That's pretty interesting, actually.. > > > > > > How do you feel afterwards? Guest guest
Interesting thought on practicing, Jantje. I wonder if it's better to " practice " with podcast 4, to start getting in the habit without the heavier hypnosis? Who did the Conflict Resolution download--again--on Saturday to sabotage some self sabotage... and I'm still feeling lack of interest in food. At least, when I'm not truly hungry.... ________________________________ From: SlinkingFerret <SlinkingFerret@...> weightloss Sent: Tue, June 8, 2010 7:33:43 PM Subject: Re: Re: I'm having trouble with Conflict Resolution audio Maybe thats it. Guest guest
That might be a good idea. Like you I am using both guided journeys for different purposes. When I have too much going on or am in too much emotional turmoil, I prefer episode 4 (or sometimes the ones on self-acceptance and forgiveness). When I feel somewhat centered and want to work on some deeper level, I'll use the conflict resolution download. I think has said something along the practicing lines herself. The more I get used to dropping down inside and becoming present with myself, the faster I can get centered. Sometimes I can even do it on the subway train or the bus. And I don't have that problem of " passing out " unless I am really, really tired. But even then, I usually wake up when the meditation is over and I should be present and alert... I think I will do the conflict resolution one tonight, I feel I might be ready for some deeper work... Continued success on our weight loss journey! jantje > > > > > > > I've had a similar experience the first few times I did the conflict > > resolution. I noticed differences, though.
