Guest guest
www.thetappingsolution.com/blog/deconstructing-a-goal/ Hi, all. A link to this blog post showed up in my inbox today and I thought it would be perfect fodder for my fellow weight loss journeyers on this list... I've overcome high blood pressure and borderline blood sugar levels by losing weight but somehow got to self-sabotage and feeling stuck around 5 pounds shy of my ideal. At first, I uncovered a safety issue around releasing more and worked with an EFT professional to get past the safety issue. But now I find myself wondering if it's even possible for me to lose and keep off that final 5. Plus there's what calls the " away from " motivation--keeping the 30 pounds I lost off hasn't been difficult to maintain because I'm healthier and fitter, as well as looking and feeling better. That final five won't really do much for health as I'm already a healthy weight but I also know I have doubts about getting and keeping it off... (so why would I want to lose weight if I'm healthy? because the rounded rolls and laughing buddha belly are pretty noticeable on an otherwise slender person.) So I'll be using this technique in the link above to uncover why I seem to doubt my ability to drop and keep off the final five...and then tap, tap, tap... Hope it's helpful to someone else! Blessings, Sue
