Hi !Awesome workouts and have fun w/ Mr. Famous on Thursday! :) I keep thinking of trying Chalean. I am surviving Jillian....so maybe I can handle Chalean? THe thing that stops me is everything I read about how her positioning stresses the lower back - I sure don't need that, I keep thinking though htat I should at least try - and maybe, just use bands???take care,
