Guest guest Posted January 27, 2010 Report Share Posted January 27, 2010 Hi!Today was Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I think I dread this one the most out of the three I have been doing this month. The plyo sections are the most difficult! But, I made it through and feel quite good. I did not add on any stretching (other than Jillian's and a bit that I did on my own) today as I feel that I'm a little 'over-stretched" if that makes sense. it is a fine balance b/c if I stretch too much I sometimes end up feeling tighter than if I left it alone. I felt that way after doing Fat Blaster yesterday - I felt great after FB, but then I stretched and felt tight again. So, today I finished Jillian, did a couple of my "therapy" stretches and called it good! Tomorrow is scheduled to be Shred 1 & 2 - I may postpone that and do it Friday - I don't want to put too much stress on my back and BFBM is challenging and the two shreds together are challenging. I'll play it by ear - if I feel up for Shred 1 & 2 tomorrow I will do it, if not, I will do some lighter cardio and Pilates - and scheduled Shred for Friday.
