Guest guest Posted February 25, 2010 Report Share Posted February 25, 2010 For my afternoon quickie, I decided to go with Insanity's warm-up and stretch. The warm-up is ten minutes.. It's pretty vigorous. The stretching ads an additional 7 minutes maybe. It'stretching but held in longer poses , so it's a a bit strenuous as well. I burned 170 calories with my average being 129. Not bad considering I only had to push hard for ten minutes... I enjoyed it a lot this time too I am going to throw this one in place of a kettlebell quickie.
