Yesterday was my zoo gig. That's pretty much all I do on a Monday. It's 90 minutes of hill walking. Sometimes it winds down to hill-strolling, but yesterday I had 4th graders and we mostly moved!

Today I did 30 minutes of walking up and down the neighborhood hills. Then the upper body segment of Prevention Get Moving. Then the Sedentary Lifestyle Relief section of Perfect in 10 Stretch. I don't want to jinx it, but I think the hip stretches are good for my sore hip. 

I'm going to try to keep something like this regimen up for a while. Walking, a little strength, a little stretching.Hope everyone's having a great week!
