I have

been doing this for a year, signed up on the net 3 times, and never received a

packet in the mail. No big deal as

I was never really in it for the contest.

Anyone else have this happen?

Joe

Dawn,

Send your

package in! You'll help Bill reach his goal of transforming a

million people AND you'll get a free Muscle Media subscription AND you'll

get a free t-shirt! Those things may be very inspiring for you to

do better during this challenge.

Yes it's happened to me twice. Also this year I signed up for the Jan challenge but received an April packet. And I'm still waiting for my stuff that I should have received for completing a Challenge last year. Patience is a virtue! .

Hi Dawn, Congratulations on completeing your 12 weeks. Losing 6 percent bodyfat is no little deal. It's a great achievement. Now is the time to reflect on what you think you could have done better, write some new goals, stick up inspirational pictures and Go, Go, Go. You are no longer a newbie, you understand the program and you've set a good groundwork for your next Challenge. You will reach you goals! All the very best and well done again, .

Dawn,

Definitely send in those pics!! Just in case you were wavering again,

a lil' kick in the can <g>. You ARE a winner, Dawn! Most people

never even complete the 12 weeks, and you did it!!! You should be so

proud of yourself. Do us and yourself a favor, and figure out how

much bodyfat in pounds that you lost, and of course that will be the

# of lbs. of lean muscle that you gained too, since the scale weight

didn't change. Seeing those numbers will be reinforcement that you

DID make a change. Losing 6% bodyfat is great, so please don't be

down on that accomplishment. Share your goals for this next

challenge with us too! Keep up the hard work, we are all rooting for

you.

Jen B.

I also don't think I will send in my pics this time. I did

Dawn,

I think it is not uncommon for some to feel this way (I know I did with my first challenge), but finishing feels great!

Hang in there. You will get to your ideal of how you want to look.
