Last nights marathon

Well Wednesday night I only made it through the warm-up of the Jane Fonda DVD

from Netflix. I still want to do it because it goes with my retro month theme,

but I was just so tired and I decided maybe I needed to take one more day off. I

also figured out I already owned it on VHS.

Last night instead of doing CLX I did 20 min of KB for Begginers with Amy Bento.

I really like it. I used the only KB I own which is 20lbs. I do need to get a

lighter KB so I can work on cleaning up my form on clings.

Next I did 20 min Gilad's Buns and Thighs program on Disc 4 of Quick Fit

.. It was a long series of squats and lunges with mostly body weight or light

dumbells. I really enjoyed it and after the KB felt like I had maxed out those

groups.

Next I did 15 min of Abs with Gilad on the same disc.

THEN I did 4 miles with (Walk Slim). The music in this one is a bit

better but I turned on Ricky and added some latin flavor and intensity to

the workout. She still flirts with Jimmy alot in this one. But in this one she

really looks like she has worked out by the end. That wet rat look we all get.

Tonight I aim for 45 min of light to moderate cardio. I'm still not feeling

great. My stomach feels as if I ate bad chili.
