Guest guest Posted May 8, 2009 Report Share Posted May 8, 2009 I have put my towards motivations on note cards to use during intervals while walking on my treadmill. One of the things I want is Energy. I use that on a fast interval. I put my goal size on a slower one. I put down about 10 of them. I will change them every 3 minutes or so. You could also think of what you want and concentrate on one towards motivation daily. Pam Doing instead of planning- was Re: My First Post I read the Beck Diet Solution also. I liked the section on writing out the reasons that you want to lose weight on index cards and reviewing them every day. That's how I got the idea to write out the concepts of IOWL on index cards and read them every day. I never finished what I started though; I should get back to that!
