You're so right that bodyweight exercises are soooo much more tough than dumbbells. I try to incorporate BW exercises into my routine. Plus some plyometrics, stability ball, and balance board exercises. I'm on the continuing quest for that " beach body " and hoping to get strong enough to do chin-ups. I can't even do one yet! Man, those are brutally tough. I will try not to let myself get discouraged. Although I never quit or give up, I do get discouraged very easily (my mom says it's a common trait for those born in the year of the Monkey).
