Guest guest Posted April 15, 2001 Report Share Posted April 15, 2001 hello everyone-i've been catching up on all the e-mails lately. i agree that some of the information that is posted is confusing and has me wondering if i should do more than the book suggests. but before i entered the challenge april 1st, i went by the book for 6 weeks and noticed a change. so i am going to stick with the book for this first challenge like most of you suggest and add only udo's and more protein since i am a vegetarian. i try to consume correct portions, but somedays i don't get enough calories. i hope this doesn't effect my muscles, which i am beginning to love because they are looking very nice to me. i don't get on the scale, and i will only take my measurements once every 4 weeks. i think that constantly checking these things can put a damper on your day when you aren't getting what you expected. so i just let time take its toll and see the results after they've had time to change. also, one last thing...can i still be in this challenge if i am living in okinawa, japan with my husband who is in the military? i only ask because i know there are international challenges and i don't know if or how i am supposed to enter that one. thanks for all the great info and have a great day. <amanda> __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
