A Thank you for all that responded to me (PLEASE HELP, PLEASE)

I would like to thank all of you that responed in my time of Great

need.

is still doing the head banging and I am looking into a lot of

the sugesstions that were made. I keep a journalof all medicine

changes and also one on her behaviors, good and bad, new things she

has done, good and bad and this has finally proven itself.

Last weekThursday we had all or dr. appt. in S.A. and come to find

out our Nuero. Dr seems to believe that her seizure med but be

causing the problem. was on 750 mg of Keppra BID @ this time.

She was started out on 250mg whe it was Inital dosed. but in

reveiwing both of my journals we noticed a pattern out increase of

severity of behaviors appr. 2 weeks after each increase in the

Keppra. He is now changing her seizure meds. We have to start the new

drug get her to a theraputic level and then we are going to tapper

off the Keppra. I Pray that this works. We have tried all different

sorts of things through the years with , From diet changes to

nut. supplements, and Rx meds.

I know that from time to time some of you parents are looking for

different Docs in the S. A. area to help our children. I highly

believe in mine. If a Doc. is honest enough to admitted that the med

he prescribed could be harming my child and be remorseful about it.

You have a wonderful Doc. Our Neuro Doc. is Sheldon Gross in S.A.

He is very good He always returns my phone calls with in 1-8 hrs. If

he is not out of town. We also see Dr Margaret Farrell for all of her

Physc. problems. And I don't know how I would have made it this far

without her. She spends as much time as needed with us. And alwaays

returns my calls before the end of the day. She spends lots of time

on the phone with me to help me figure out new things to try and is

very compassionate and understanding. But as far as helping me to get

placement for my child neither one has had any luck not for the lack

of trying by any means. But I think this is Gods way of telling me to

hang in ther and don't give up keep trying.

Again, Thanks to all of you for your support and understanding and

willness to help,if only by prayer. With out this site,and all of

you'll I know I would give up.
