Hi,

This morning was #10 Chest, Shoulders & Biceps. OMG this one seemed to move SO fast. Did anyone else notice this or was it just me?

Pushups- pyramid up- toes

super set seated lateral raise 9

flys 16

standing DB curl drop set 16/13/11

incline chest fly 21

seated rear fly's 11

band pulls

incline curl 16

pushups- knees

incline side raise - ball 8

seated bar bell curls (isolation) 25

chest fly's on ball 21

lateral side to front combo 5

incline band hammer curl

core pushups - did standard half on my toes and half on my knees

seated front press 22

reverse DB curl 12

ball pushups

functional overhead press then front raise 8

BB curl with band attached 30

prone pushups on ball

seated lateral raise both arms high ends 6

seated curls- 15

pushups 21's- knees

standing BB front press 15 (my arms were fried at this point)

BB curl 25

staggered pushups- knees

standing overhead press (drop sets) 12/10/8

preacher curls on ball- 12

OMG my arms are totally fried!! I'm so glad this meso cycle is just about over. I've enjoyed it, but not the pushups. I really never want to do another one again.
