I was speechless after Burn Circuit 2.  My arms were trembling afterward and I could totally feel the pump.  Effort wise they remind me of Noel's workouts, requires lots of exertion, concentration, and not a lot of time.  But  boy, was this a TOUGH 35 minutes!  I LOVE IT!

triple threat pushups, 4 sets of 3 kinds, did one set on toes, rest on kneesextreme - 3 tricep pushups, on kneesNext to shake it all out I did Hip Hop Hustle #5.  This is where the music really picks up!  The first block was taught by Chalene, the 2nd half taught by .

is a FANTASTIC dancer, Chalene's best friend and co-choreographer for HHH. Holy cow!  This woman has energy, is very fun and funny!  I would LOVE to be able to dance like her!  However, she cues late and I would have rather had Chalene teach it.  Chalene also teaches how to remember what move comes next, which as an instructor I find an invaluable tool!

I'm halfway through HHH, so I will acheive my goal of doing them all pretty soon.  I just need to get to work on PiYo #3!  Scarecrows,
