Guest guest Posted April 22, 2010 Report Share Posted April 22, 2010 I got up early to do Spinervals Uphill Grind, but I felt completely out of whack. I didn't even want my breakfast, which is weird! I was mentally off, too. I had a combination of technical and klutzy problems, and ended up doing only half of the workout. It is very tough, so I still got a good workout, but probably not the whole amount of training that I needed. I then walked a couple of miles on my usual walk commute. It's OK. Then, the rest of my day was also really out of synch. Glad it's over. I'll be asleep by nine and glad to have it over with. Happy workouts!
