I feel really gross and bloated due tot the icky travel food I have had (thankfully there was some subways on the trip). I was thinking of doing a 2-3 day cleansing program. Does anyone have one they recommend? Last time I tried one from my whole foods store I felt more bloated. I guess I could just eat veggies etc for a few days.thanks for any advicejudy in DCPS I did my own workout yesterday - simply put on music (6 five min songs) and changed body part each song.
