Newbie Question about Scoby

Hello everyone!

I am just starting my first brew and I have no idea how to store the extra

Scobys. I make milk kefir and when I have too many grains I will store them in

the fridge. Can I do that with KT Scobys? With each new brew having a new Scoby

created I have no idea what to do to store the extras until I can make them into

a cream or give them to someone else. So I need to know from the wisdom of

everyone here - how do I store a Scoby???
