Guest guest
, I drink a small can of V-8 almost every single day at lunchtime. I think the tiny ones are only 6 oz not 12 oz, but it's a good way for me to get in an extra serving of vegies (plus, I love V-8). I buy the low-sodium variety which gets its slightly salty taste from potassium salts, not sodium salts. The " healthy choice " V-8 still gets most of it's saltiness from sodium. I personally like it to be slightly salty tasting, because it seems bland otherwise. Just check the label on it and make certain to get the variety that uses potassium salts instead of sodium.
