Guest guest
, I, too, have hypothyroidism. I take my medication AFTER my workout and then wait the hour (per BFL and the medication directions) to eat breakfast. I found taking it before a workout upset my stomach. If you're using BetaLean, DO NOT take it with Synthroid. One thing that works for me is to be absolutely religious about eating that final meal the night before - even if I'm not hungry. I think that's what keeps me from getting queasy the next morning. Water also helps keep my stomach at bay. Make sure you drink plenty before, during and after your workout. Hope this helps, Inis > I have hypothyroidism and hypoglycemia > ( a real treat!). If > you're using BetaLean, DO NOT take it with Synthroid. > I hope that you are pointing out that persons with thyroid disease should never take a suppliment containing ephedrine. I took this once. By once, I mean 1 time...1 capsule that was it. What it did was cause me to have hyperthyroid symptoms that lasted 6 months at which point I finally questioned my sons' endocrinologist (this was after consultations with my internist) about the symptoms. I ended up with the very early onset of osteoarthritis because of it. My joints are better with a lower dose of Synthroid, but still bother me from time to time. Just wanted to give this note of caution to any other thyroid patients out there. Please, please, please find other ways to burn fat besides ephedrine! I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through.

Guest guest
Actually, I am taking BetaLean, but not at the same time of day as the thyroid meds. My doctor cleared both BetaLean and BetaGen before I began. However, I think I'll check with her again. > > , > > > > I, too, have hypothyroidism. Guest guest
, The recommendation to wait an hour post workout to eat is for optimal fat loss, however, it does not mean that if you eat sooner that you will not see results. Do what you have to do for you! Cheryl C.
