Guest guest Posted March 26, 2001 Report Share Posted March 26, 2001 My little man is sleeping through the night and I am thinking that I can now get up b/f him and do cardio, I make up step stuff, but want to do some inside without the step maybe, any ideas on videos? or routines? I seen crunch time with billy banks (or blanks i dunno know) but it recommends hand weights and I thought that me not let my muscles recover right, kathy smith has a kick boxing, that last 25 minuts (plus 10 of warm up and then toning) and also there is the cardio boot camp, that i know nothing about. I don't like lots of dance or fancy moves. i have to stay home during this time, but would love to be able to do cardio b/f eating to help burn more fat.
