,

I have a friend who continues to use a scale that measures very high,

but just uses that one scale to ensure a consistent measure-despite whatever

the number may be. So ifyou see a 7% decrease, terrific work! That's amazing.

Keep it up! :-)

are you the lady that is around 135 and had a higher

reading than one would think?

I think the bf scale must be out of whack ...to eb honest

it seemed to high.

It seemed too high to me too. I am about the same height, a lot more

in weight and my bf is around 30% (down from 37% in January...woo

hoo) but still......I think that your reading is high .

Thanks for the response! But it was measured also about the same at

the gym with calipers, and my DH seems to think his reading was

pretty accurate, though by this boards calculations it is

high...about 17%, and he has weight trained all his life, but has

been pretty sporadic about it for the last year. Though he is still

very toned with visable BF. Oh well, I guess as long as it's going

down. I am going to go to my gym and get remeasured in about a month.

Thanks!
