IOWL: more AWAY FROM Motivations

how do i know I want to change questions:

I know I want to change because I am miserable the way I am. I know I

want to change because I continue to try really hard to do so!

Unwanted behaviors? Bingeing, counting calories, stress around food,

seeming different than my friends when it comes to food

Unwanted symptoms? Weight gain, bloated body, anger, lethargy, low

self esteem, probably high blood sugar... exhaustion, distracted

Consequences of these behaviors and symptoms? weight gain, anger,

depression, embarrassment which feeds the cycle...

Everyone I know if affected.!!

zoom out years and years and i am more overweight, more exhausted,

angry and depressed... i have decided that if i do not change now, i

will die. my body will fall apart or i will kill myself.

TOWARDS motivations to come... thanks for reading!

and, ps. I NEITHER COUNTED CALORIES NOR HAD A BINGE YESTERDAY FOR THE

FIRST TIME IN YEARS! wowowowowwowow
