He is definitely the type where you have to be " rude " and lay down the rules and your expectations. I'm happy to hear your goal is reasonable. I was worried because we all do it to ourselves from time to time, right? Good stuff on going to the gym! I worked on WIDRT all day yesterday and didn't come up with much except a learning lesson. I wasn't brilliant two nights ago and went to bed at 2am (I work fulltime) because I was watching tv (recently discovered Boston Legal - what a funny show!) well I learned that I have no willpower when I am that tired! Not only did I eat to stay awake, I ate stuff that made me feel sick. They had cake at work and I had a HUGE piece... then other stuff. I did run, but with being exhausted, eating crap and it being VERY humid out, it was a horrible run. My stomach revolted and I ran slower than I thought was possible. I did lose 1 lbs.. so maybe I'll start a new Black Forest Cake diet? Hehehe Today is much better. Listening to my body, etc etc... but still tired (went to bed at midnight, which is better, but still not early enough) and it's still very hot out.
