Workout - April 3

Hi Everyone,

I had an awesome HIIT workout this morning! I went for 20 minutes again, BUT at

a faster pace than last time and I still had energy to spare!! I followed up

with 15 minutes of walking. Today's going great so far and I hope all of you

are having a great day too.
