Guest guest
My husband and I go out for steel cut oatmeal every morning. Since I bring my own soy 'creamer', I have to put it into a pill bottle. I have started adding cinnamon and vanilla flavoring directly into that bottle and I shake it before I put it on the oatmeal. It comes out totally mixed without lumps. Lori
Guest guest
Have you ever tried Torani syrups? They are supposed to be for coffee. They are sugar free. Look online to see where they are sold near you. I love either the carmel or vanilla with apples or applesauce in my oatmeal. lump free cinnamon on oatmeal My husband and I go out for steel cut oatmeal every morning. Guest guest
I looked them up, and they are flavored with Splenda, not really a natural sweetener. Any thoughts on Splenda? I've read that artificial sweeteners cause cravings as much as sugar does. Would be less calories though. ________________________________ From: " lavrocher@...
