I've done this one quite a few times but for some reason I was getting really messed up on 's and 's step sections, I'm not sure why though. They are very repetitive too so you'd think I could get it but not today. Oh well. This is a lower intensity cardio workout (as compared with Super Cardio at least) and I enjoy it overall. does drive me a bit nuts in it. She cues very well but she sounds like every cue is SO IMPORTANT or something like that, just with very heavy emphasis and not natural at all. Allie lies a lot in it too. She or someone says, "Prepare your space for low impact" and the next thing you know you're doing plyo jumps and bunny hops! The abs section is very good. Not excruciating but not easy at all either and a good mix of exercises. I'm off to our church's Mother Daughter Banquet in a few and then tomorrow is a scheduled rest day. That worked out very well with tomorrow being Mother's Day (and us doing church in the morning, then dinner at my mother-in-law's in the afternoon then youth group for my son in the evening)!
