hi-lo and weds. was awesome. it really helped lift my spirits a bit and

was fun. petra's workout today was tricky but fun once you repeated the

combos a few time through. just nice to get a longer workout that is fun. hoping this week brings back my fitness groove. i just can't wait for my job to be done with it.
