Wednesday workout

Hi,

The school called last night around 10:30 and say that it was canceled again today. So I knew I wasn't getting up at 5. I did get up at 6:30 though.

This morning I did Step Moves and Ab Circuits (no equipment abs) I really enjoyed the step this time around. I didn't do all the knee ups. I'd say I did them every other time. I put in leg raises and hamstring curls. I liked that a lot better. Some of the combos in this workout are so fun, especially the one with the bow & arrow, love that one.

The abs were great. I really felt those. Wasn't in love with the planks, but even got through all those.

I burned 455 calories.
