TSA website says " non-flammable aerosol cans less than 3.0 oz. "

is shaving cream flammable?

Odd, maybe they changed the rules, last time we flew it was a banned item.

Air freshener is a no no both on the plane and in the hospital so strike that. A

lot of this is stuff you can buy once you get there for less then $20. We do the

out of town thing quite often and manage to get enough for 2 people including

tons of snacks in 1 soft sided bag with no problem. We often just do a quick

stop at Target or something and spend $10-$20, easier then hauling lots of

stuff:) I'm not sure but I'm thinking shaving cream is also a no no on planes,

anything under pressure is since it can explode and that would be a bad thing at

30k feet...

Subject: hospital packing list

So with Macey about to go into the hospital for a week and it's no where near

home I'm trying to come up with a comprehensive packing list. Complicating

matters is that I refuse to pay the $23 per bag to check our luggage with Delta.

So we're each taking a carry on. So space is limited. Here is what I've come

up with so far.

toothbrush

hairbrush

deodarant

shampoo

conditioner/ detangler

hairdryer (check with the hospital to see if you can use your own)

ponytails

lotion

air freshener

shaving cream/razor

socks/fuzzy footies

underwear

p.j.'s

street clothes (for when they let you break out of your room)

sports bra (to wear to procedures where you can't have any metal on)

computer

ipod

Can anyone think of anything to add to it. Ursula
