Guest guest Posted June 17, 2010 Report Share Posted June 17, 2010 I just want to say that I'm back on track, after a rough month in May in which I went back to my old habits, I've continued on my journey this month and I'm glad to say that I'm in the " Zone " . When I exercise at the gym & eat right, I usually don't have any cravings and I feel great about myself. It takes time to lose weight, but I know that as long as I continue in the " Zone " the weight has to come off. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
