Guest guest Posted March 30, 2010 Report Share Posted March 30, 2010 ....RAW Ginger Ale! 1 part Kombucha + 1 part Sparkling Mineral Water (i use s pellegrino) + fresh organic (if possible) ginger root- not powder. combine the water & Kombucha for added bubble (only a little), and drop in the ginger. shake, strain, and enjoy! for a more full-bodied, spicier flavor- let the ginger root soak in the kombucha for a day or two.
