Guest guest Posted February 2, 2011 Report Share Posted February 2, 2011 I can understand the idea that overeating and under-exercising must have some benefit somehow, but I sure can't see it. I've listened to all the podcasts up to #152, except for the Super Snoozing ones. I don't have ANY problems falling asleep(since I don't get enough anyway). I also can't figure out my inner conflict, even after listening to the Sabotage Self-Sabotage guided journey. Has anyone else been 'stuck' this badly? If so, how did you break free?
