I have done the homework for episodes one through four. I am struggling a bit with the answers to episode four questions. INTENTION: To be strong, energized, connected to self and satisfied in this body. DREAM PERSON: Articulate, passionate and self sufficient. OBJECTIONS: I may not be actually capable of attaining my intention or dream person so I am afraid to really do what I need to....better to have goals and dreams rather than be depressed at my inability. WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT HAVING EATING DISORDERED BEHAVIORS AND THOUGHTS? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? WHAT IS HOLDING ME BACK? ?????????????????????????????????????????? WHAT IS THE GIFT? Possibly the eating disordered behaviors and thoughts distract me from the fact that I am not wholly who I need and want to be..... I have made a commitment as suggested in episode 6 to improve the quality of food I eat by 50%. I have cut out 50% of the processed foods I eat and I am trying to cut out most of the trans-fatty acis I eat. This has been going well.
