We're not sure if our younger boy is exactly on the spectrum but an independent

Ed Psych has written us a report which shows that whilst he's great in some

areas he has a learning disability in others. Does anyone think this might make

us eligible to claim DLA for him or something similar? He needs support (which

is why he's in a small private school) but he's going to need more help

transitioning to secondary and we're skint. I wondered if anyone else had a kid

" on the cusp " and what they'd been able to access. Broadly speaking he's AS but

really in so many ways he's not that it's mostly a specific learning disorder

relating to context and memory. Any advice would be great

thanks
