Hi ,

I totally agree. I borrow this one from the library on an as-neede basis (it is always on the shelf!!)

This is by far the most boring workout video I possess, but it was perfect for today and I am grateful to have it. I'm still a tad feverish and with a sour tummy and this one requires little exertion and my lower back is achy and really needed this beyond boring yoga practice. I've reviewed this one before but I'll recap by saying saying it's just over 2 hours long. I skipped the breathing section so am chopping 15 minutes off that total in my workout log. There are 7 sections, if memory serves me correctly they are:1. legs up the wall2. supine leg stretches3. side stretches / one arm bow pose4. cobra and table top series5. hamstring stretches (what I most needed)6. breathing exercises (I was already in shavasana pose from #5 and wanted to continue with shavasana)7. final relaxationPeggy speaks in monotone and there is no music, so I supplied my own - this time Secret Garden and

Tantric Heart, which helped tremendously. My 2 yoga coaches were asleep upstairs and I was on my own this time. Now that I've badgered this dvd and potentially decreased Peggy Cappy's annual sales by 3% since most of the american exercise video market is here on this forum - time for the positive! If you have lower back issues, this is a must have, boring though it may be! I feel MUCH better now than I did before doing this practice :) She shows modifications for almost every pose and when you have a really bad back it's important that even the simplest poses have modifications shown (reflecting back to when I injured my back last year). Tomorrow if it's nice outside I hope to do the bridge walk, then I have my massage after work, so it will be another easy day. Back and Biceps with Noel on ThursdayNamaste,
