Guest guest Posted January 17, 2010 Report Share Posted January 17, 2010 hi all, I have been listening for a few months now and actually had a buddy that sort of fizzled out. I would like to start from the beginning with someone and commit to listening to 2-3 of the podcasts per week and then digest, etc. with another. I dont have a lot to lose but these 10-15 pounds have been on my mind for YEARS now. I am literally tired of thinking about them, worrying about them, planning a plan of attack for them. I am now focused on getting aligned to release them and practicing power of attraction and positive beliefs to get what I want. I posted a while back about following a program and since then have followed THREE programs (half halfheartedly admittedly) but know that it doesn't really matter WHICH program I do and that what is important is eating in a way I can eat forever and one that is in tune with my body, hunger, satiety, etc. Is there anyone out there who is willing to commit to a few months of learning together and supporting each other in a semi-structured way?
